3) Can Hair Extensions be returned or Exchanged
We do not accept returns for our human hair extensions due to sanitary/health issues and laws.All of our goods are custom made to order and are non-refundable due to the nature of our products, which are raw hair cuts from single donors. The same applies for our virgin hair. Every sale is final. You can be confident that we take quality control extremely seriously.
Before sending any hair to a customer, we inspect it all to make sure it is consistent and of high quality. Email our team as soon as possible if you are experiencing any problems with your extensions; we will be pleased to help.We follow stringent guidelines about hair returns, hygienic issues, and legal requirements. In extremely unusual situations, authorization for an exchange may be granted.
4)Can I change my order now that it has been placed?
Orders begin processing on a daily basis to ensures prompt delivery. Regretfully, orders are final once payment has been finalised. Please try contacting the team if you would want to change your order; they will advise you on what to do next.
5)What makes virgin hair different from raw hair?
Since it's crucial, let's begin with the accurate definition of virgin hair:
Virgin Hair: Human hair that has never undergone mechanical or chemical processing.
By definition, virgin hair is raw hair. But there are so many various kinds of hair in the hair industry that it was necessary to add the adjective "raw" to distinguish between processed virgin hair and actual virgin hair.
Having pure raw virgin hair has the following principal benefits:
* Fuller bundles;
* Hair that is of superior quality and lasts longer;
* Hair that flows naturally and complements all hair types.
*Hair with aligned cuticles.
*Hair comes only from one individual; there are no blended lengths or hair additives.
*No matting.
* No chemical processing.
6)What is the difference between single drawn and double drawn bundles
The weft at the top of single-drawn hair is thick, and the ends will naturally taper.The weft narrows towards the bottom. In contrast, this is how hair naturally appears. There is a higher percentage of shorter hairs compare to double drawn.
The weft in double-drawn hair will be thick from top to bottom. The weft will be thick all the way through instead of having a tail or thin bottom. Double Drawn means out of 100%, 90% of the Hair is thick and of equal lengths if not 100%. The finest quality hair is double drawn hair bundles. The hair is arranged in similar lengths, giving the appearance of being extremely sleek and elegant.
7)Is it possible to request a wave pattern when ordering from the Raw Cambodian collection?
The hair in our Raw Cambodian collection is completely natural human hair that hasn't been processed.This means that no hair-manipulation techniques were used to produce a consistent wave pattern. The wave pattern will be natural straight. Please get in touch with the team before placing an order if you have a certain pattern in mind.
8) What does single donor mean?
This means that each bundle of hair is collected from one person’s head
9) Can I use hot tools or bleach my extensions to colour them?
You can definitely use the same care for your new hair as you would your own. One of the main advantages of having entirely unprocessed RAW hair is that it can be styled whatever way you like—you can trim, colour, curl, or straighten it. Our virgin hair is also of the highest quality so you can also use hot tools and bleach it. Please note virgin hair will not bleach to the same level as RAW hair.

10)How long is the lifespan of my hair extension?
You are guaranteed to have your hair for at least three years. MARALUXE HAIR includes a hair care maintenance guide with every order to make sure you're getting the most out of your gorgeoushair and safeguarding your investment.
11)Can I cut my weft?
We recommend against cutting your weft unless it is absolutely necessary. In order to minimise shedding after cutting your weft, ask your hair stylist to seal it; nevertheless, this does not ensure that the shedding will cease entirely. Any type of fabric glue or sealant could be considered a sealant.
Do you have bundles longer than 30 inches?
Yes! we have bundles up to 40 inches. These are custom orders so please allow more time for processing. If you are interested in longer lengths please get in touch via email and we will be more than happy to assist you.
